Thank you for this complete investigation. I am not sure how to fix this asset as it stands. I admit that it's present in each of my games with a use parallel of TM:PE without having encountered any error. Hence my surprise as well, since it hadn't been reported from other users (or they hadn't bothered to look for more details following this problem). Do you also encounter this error with the generic version?

Trams come with snowfall dlc, so if you don't own it then don't be suprised you can't find it @Pixen

Is the Snowfall DLS really necessary for the Mode or did you just add it in the mod description for some reason?

Can´t use the mode because of that... :(
