描述
If the colonist lives in a residence with a kitchen then the Unprepared Meal debuff is halved.
This applies to Living Quarters and Living Complexes (others?).

One of the things on the questionnaire to applicants wanting to go to Mars would be: are you prepared to rough it and eat meals you cook or uncooked but safe foods? If the answer is 'no' then they don't make the list of applicants. There are so many things that a basic background check and putting people in a camping situation would get rid of that it isn't funny. But such advanced methods are obviously beyond our sponsors.
