This mod wasn't made by me. I'm NOT the owner. I just removed the HUD Display that comes with original addon. I made this because there is a lot of people reporting bugs with custom HUDs and asking the owner to remove it, and since she (for what I understood) doesn't mod for L4D2 anymore I took the liberty of do so. But if the owner wants this to be taken down, it will be.
I made this mainly for those who uses custom HUDs (like it's my case). If you use the default HUD please, go and suscribe to original mod linked below and support her amazing work :)

Great that this mod exist because the version with the HUD conflicts with the Vanilla HUD Overhaul and breaks it.

@RoyDJ How weird. Have you tried subscribing to the original addon? Do you have the same problem with it?
Maybe you have conflicting addons
Try disabling them all and check if it works. If not, then verify integrity of files or reinstall the game. If nothing of that works there is not much else I can suggest you, sorry.

Thank you for doing this. I like the new models, but wasn't able to use the mod due to the HUD so thank you for removing it.
