This mod adds the following:

1) Raised the level cap from 60 to 99.
2) Dragons can now use swords and heavy armor.
3) Berzerkers can use light armor.

Hey sorry for not answering, have been working through my backlog of other games. If I recall, all mods disable achievements. And you will likely need to start a new game for this mod to be in effect. As to how to install this mod, just click subscribe.
