This massive hexagon castle features a large heli-tower in the middle, 6 courtyards for furnaces, refineries, and a safe place to grow crops; A wall surrounding the entire structure with lookout towers on each corner; A detached walled-in quarry (accessible by bridge); 6 large towers for loot or luxury living space; and a decorative spire that reaches to the sky.

I built this on a modded server with the elevator plugin, which makes quickly getting up to the top floor a very convenient feature. In-game, I skipped the decorative spire. You could always add additional heli-tower floors instead of the spire.
