The third map in the illustrious “no big highways” map set. This map is made for organically growing a city. The map requires Network Extensions 2 (For the small highways) and the Pine trees I put in the required list, as they are almost all the trees.

A Texas gulf coast inspired map, with lots of pine cover and low, flat terrain. There are two small highways, one along the coast and one running inland, with rail following alongside. There is also access to air and sea, of course.

Neches has a large central river flowing out to sea, as well as an abundance of oil, timber, and arable land.

I strongly recommend the Cross the Line mod and its required items or else those highways are not going to upgradeable.
