Coming in two versions, Version 2:

Player lvl 5 requiered and packed with all the necessarys of a small starter Base. Its cheap, very practicle and requieres almost no space to place. Also this base is self-sustaining due Solar Power and with the one Cannon-Turret it defends it self and the area without problems against drones. I would recommend to use it as Outpost or as Starter-Base until you set up your Main-Base (empty the interior except Solar, Ammobox and Cannon Turret and use it a self-sustaining Defense Tower).
