Collapse Diplomatic Action

Adds a new diplomatic action (in the influence section) that allows you to trigger a country collapse in your target country. The victim country will experience 5 years of extreme unstability and unrest, which will almost always result in it fracturing or being annihilated.
This action has a 10-year cooldown, which prevents the stacking of collapse modifiers or never-ending instability.

(Alternate version: OP Collapse Diplomatic Action)

Only players get to use this action. The AI will never use it. We wouldn't want every country using it on every other country - nobody would survive long enough to grow more than a few provinces...
But if you really want a challenge, use this action on another nation and then console switch to that nation and try to survive!

This action costs 1 stability and an amount of money proportional to the target country's total development. These may seem like high costs, but this action is really OP and even those penalties don't make up for it.
For those who are looking for an action that feels somewhat legitimate, have fun with those penalties.

That being said, this mod is not meant to be balanced or fair. It's about as cheaty as a console command - but a lot more aesthetically pleasing. Have fun with it!

I'm not sure if this mod is multiplayer friendly. If someone tests it, I would be happy to know the results.

Compatible with pretty much everything. Only adds files, doesn't remove or replace any.
