Wahaha! It's Waluigi time!

There's not enough Waluigi on the workshop so I decided to help out and add Waluigi's first model from Mario Tennis 64 to the list! The model is rigged by me.
This is my first SFM port, so there might be some issues.

Thanks to Ryevan for helping me port it and Zekko for testing it out and making the first image!
