描述
Picks a random square instead of same each time.

Mod Options:
Minimum Surface Deposits: Use a sector with at least this many surface deposits (concrete and scattered metals).
Minimum Subsurface Deposits: Use a sector with at least this many subsurface deposits (metals/rare metals deposits).
If no sector has enough than return the one with the most (sorts by surface than subsurface).
Set both to 0 for actual random (default).

Devs changed InitialReveal() back to a global func, so this mod works again

Ive had some issues with this particular mod. Now, Im dumb and running over a hundred mods at once, so its PROBABLY some strange interaction between them all, but as long as Im running this mod with all the others, then when I start a new game, and it loads into the scanning map, I dont have the first rocket and probes available to me. Not sure if they're gone, or if the pins are just missing. I couldnt troubleshoot out what was actually causing the problems, just that this mod being active made it happen.
