Lets you give one of your soldiers all the lines spoken by Roman Torchwick's silent-but-deadly sidekick/bodyguard Neopolitan! Includes EVERY SINGLE LINE (or lack thereof) that Neo speaks in both the main RWBY show and RWBY Chibi, as well as any lines that she will speak in the forseeable future!

Wooden signs not included.




MOD AUTHOR'S NOTE:
I want to make this perfectly clear: THIS IS A BLANK VOICEPACK. I used it for experimenting with faction hero voices, and since I'd already made a Roman voicepack, one thing led to another...

In any case, it appears as "Neopolitan" for female soldiers (including Reapers, Skirmishers, and Templars), "N30P0L17AN" for SPARKs, and "Quiet Guy" for male soldiers. I figured it'd be perfect for in case anyone wants Quiet, Doom Guy, Neo, or some other silent soldier to join their squad.

I have had this downloaded for so long... and I just checked it to see why it wasnt working. Its a silent voice. Ive been wondering why its broken for several campaigns. Im such an idiot

It took me a while to realize why there wasn't any voice line when the preview button was pressed lol.

It is flagged as such so that it may be used in either vanilla or wotc. It it was configured primarily for wotc, it would not run in vanilla. As it stands, it should work in both.

in the mod manager this says only xcom2 and not wotc is that correct bc you mention rangers and other units from wotc
