描述
The pretense around this mod is that makes Veterans more valuable in the army. As in most Total war games veterans are only a little bit better than standard troops, this changes that.

It adds a significant morale (leadership) boost for Veterans and makes them better at Melee attacking and defending, meaning they become some of the best units in the army, and the least likely to break.

It also buffs higher ranking generals, so that when troops are in the aura of higher ranking generals troops get a bonus to morale, and defensive and offensive stats, as they would when fighting next to the best generals such as Flavius Aetius or Attila himself!

It is save game compatible.

It works on all factions.

It also effects the AI.

For some reason I get a CTD with using this mod and SFO when I try to play a custom game using The Fireborn (Dragon Prince ROR)

Bilbo, Valuable Vets 3 works with the new IE patch? I don't intend to play without it. This is one of those mods that once you play with it, you never play without it. The difference is simply too much. Vanilla values are ok for PvP / Multiplayer, but for PvE / Singleplayer? Yeah, no.

(besides, it's balanced because the AI if it gets goldie boiz will REK you!)

i think the orges don't get the buff from rank like other units. I might need to check again to be sure

Just play with it. Unless a mod conflict occurs, it will most likely work forever.

Only real problem is that with all the cheats the AI gets it gets super armies really early, good to pair with a mod reducing experience gain or AI cheats.
