Dr. Tony Xu is a character from the game "Invisible, Inc." by Klei Entertainment.

This brilliant professor had to leave university after repeatedly pranking people with high-voltage shock traps, as well as hacking into corporate servers for the sole purpose of checking out their high-tech software. Even in the Constant, his skills and personality (which he expresses through unique commments) prove utmost interesting...

EMP stuns enemies, causing them to stop and idle for a while. This does not damage its target, though. Ideal for gathering a pet rabbit! (In the unlikely case it does cause permament damage, you waive all rights to sue K&O Civilian Grade Weapons Ltd.)
Dr. Xu's Subdermal EMP directly stuns anything he punches. (You can press CTRL to force-punch things.) However, this EMP recharges using Xu's body, which not only makes him a bit hungry, but also impairs his stamina and thus his run speed. That's why Xu prefers to fight with friends.
EMP Traps (alias Shock Traps) can be planted to lure unwitting enemies into strategic locations and keep them there. Only Xu knows how to make these from scratch, however, he makes them easy enough to be used by anybody.
