is this serverperks thing safe to use and everything why cant it just be simple like l4d2 mods

@Everybody who can't get this to work. You need serverperks by marco. Here is the link. http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=36065 read up before you post. You just don't download this stuff and expect it to work. There has to be a way to implement it.
