they work after game reload. add local and remember to save it after setting values.

Oh I'd love for this to have a proper RICO version, these are such great buildings. I know about adding a local version but I cant seem to get it to work.

@bud_spencer: no im an industrial designer, but i have some ideas when it comes to architecture. maybe its sometimes crazy, but i dont know, i just post what comes to my mind,
