@Deviant, the planet destruction uses the default code for armageddon bombardment, so I guess they will gain war exhaustion of 50% of the planet's value. Plus it triggers action.82 & action.83, which give messages about the planet turning to a tomb world.

What is the attitude to the destruction of the planets of the AI empire of pacifists and xenophiles?

@HighKings_Ruin, I don't believe so based on reading Risa's notes, but I may be wrong. This mod overwrites the bombardment stances to change the minimum number of pops on a planet to kill a pop and creates a new event that changes the planet to a tomb world once all of the pops are killed.

Doesn't Risa's unofficial patch do something similar?

@RedCorbaaa, I don't think its achievement compatible. You can play ironman mode, but since it overwrites some files you won't unlock achievements with this mod.
