描述
Add a crescent shaped sickle. Make it familiar to the world.

It is mainly owned by people of Cult Village. Meitou is One of the guardians of Cult Village possesses it. .

Blueprint is sold in Mongrel. It is also sold at Black Scratch book store.

Recommend import!

is there a way i could somehow edit this for myself to where the i can change where the bottom edge is

@HazWin Some faction NPCs may use this weapon. Not all NPCs in the faction use it.
You can make this weapon by purchasing a blueprint.

Does this make it so its a common weapon in the world or does it just give you the ability to craft it?

hey there! Can you please add a blueprint of this to some other city?
Mongrel is a problem for many players as it can cause crashes due to the fog. For me it is extremely hard to get there, as it will mostly result in a one-way trip. Walk to Mongrel, then import squad to get the character back.
