+20% Production toward all Projects during either a Dark or Golden Age. Garrisoned units earn Experience (up to Level 4) when a city completes a Project. Receives the Colored Troops unique unit when they research the Rifling technology.

American unique Industrial era unit when Ulysses S. Grant is their leader. Heals 5 Damage per turn for each of their Promotions (up to 25).

Agenda: Union Commander
Will avoid wars in which he could be branded a warmonger, but maintains a strong standing army, and respects civilizations that do the same. Condemns civilizations that are both high in Gold and have a strong standing army, viewing them as corrupt and negligent.
