It should be called LEV16, like in the MeshInfo screenshot. I would be surprised if the game supressed buildings entirely for some props. At least it doesn't for workshop props. Have you tried using Find It?

@Arkerportian, i am unable to find it. How is it called in game? Or is Parklife essential after all?
