Loving the football, any chance you can make other sports? hockey, stock racing, etc.

You are right. I think. And this is interesting idea, but according to developers this would heavily impact system resources. There was a script that showed camera signal on the LCDs in similar manner, but it was nearly impossible to play on a decent PC, while it was active. And alas I'm not that competent programmer. Maybe someday I will be. It is easy to create texture with alpha mask and put it into database. Creating that kind of script (or should I say in-game video codec?) is not. Sorry.

How about a mod/Script "combo" wich makes it like the old TV'S. Small dots animade in red/blou/yellow color to "simulat" a picture. . .
so a script could run a Gif/Scene with of even one picture per (ingame) tick and it woul be functional. . . It coule be combined with a folder wich movie scenes can be put in (%appdata stuff) and it would play them (in bad quality tho) on a LCD

That would be awesome! But to display something on the in-game LCD, you need to pack the image as texture. And that texture image can not be animated. The only way to make animation is to create a series of images and add all of them to the LCD to display sequentially without delay. Now imagine how messy your LCD image selection menu would become even if you create sequences with 12 frames per second. 1 minute — 72 images. 10 minutes — 720 images. For one scene. And keep in mind that all these images would appear in every LCD menu.

I like the Idea of this:
Maybe you can make like 1 to 10 Min Gifs of IDK (world cup best scenes).
These would run and apeal better to the eye than a static immage.
(IDK annything about creating mods and i just throw ideas out.
so please, i don't mean to offend and i would like to see this mod "decvelop".
