描述
If you ever rolled into Cologne by train, chances are you've seen this building's real-life counterpart: It is a hotel sitting at a street corner at Breslauer Platz, right behind the main station, prominently visible from the platforms. If you also took a good look at it, you'll notice that, apart from the street-facing side, it looks quite a bit simplified compared to the real thing. Apologies for that, this asset has its origin in an old MSTS project where only the front side really mattered.

I’d like to ask if I could change your asset into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotel?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))

I love this building! Any chance of a non-After Dark edition? I do not wish to compromise my cities' compatibility by downloading After Dark... thank you!

Sehr schön, jetzt habe ich glaube ich fast alle Gebäude von dir und, wünsche mir noch mehr...! Wäre schön, wenn du noch Siedlungshäuser,Einfamilienhäuser und Wohnblöcke machen würdest. Für eine Stadt im Stil ala Deutsch oder europäisch braucht man viele, viele Gebäude...
