adds a small Fuel Market Shed.

- 1600 capacity weight (396 firewood)
- stores all household fuels (firewood, coal, etc)

- construction= 5 logs + 5 stone + 13 work

As always, I love your work, but this mod seems a little too small. It's just a tiny fuel market! At least add some other markets to go with it. Who's going to supply the logs to the woodcutter?
