描述
A small mod that modifies the requirement for the Catholic Holy Orders formation.

In addition to the Crusades starting, Catholic Holy Orders now requires at least 50% Moral Authority and their birthplace. For example, the 3 Holy Land Orders (Saint John, Templar and Teutons) require Jerusalem to be in the hands of the dominating Catholic Religion, the Knights of Calatrava require, wait for it, Calatrava to be Reconquered, etc...

V1.0:
- Catholic Holy Orders now require a minimum of 50% Religious Authority to form
- The Knights Templar now require the county of Jerusalem to be in the hands of a Christian ruler
- The Knights of Saint John now require the county of Jerusalem to be in the hands of a Christian ruler
- The Teutonic Order now requires the county of Jerusalem to be in the hands of a Christian ruler
- The Order of Santiago now requires the county of Santiago to be in the hands of a Christian ruler
- The Order of Calatrava now requires the county of Calatrava to be in the hands of a Christian ruler

Doesn't make sense for Teutonics to require Jerusalem. Jerusalem had already fallen but Teutonics continued in Europe... unless you mean it requires it to create the Order?
