Firing sounds are for Tööttieläin's LAPD 2019 (Desert Eagle) mod:

I figured out what was wrong, I had a magnum sound I didn't know I subscribed to, and that was overriding yours, sorry!

This is just the firing sound, the actual magnum mod is part of the required items when you subscribe to the mod. For reference, this link is the actual magnum mod. ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1193593289 ). My mod is simply the firing sound.
