SO. I think I figured out a solution to the "prop pack" problem affecting this and other assets in the workshop. I was less miffed at this example than I was at 10mb of an 85mb pack of electrical doo-dads being used for a school, fire station and police station. But this is a good example to use, because I'd subscribed to the standalone blue-green light and was still getting an error.

What I did was this: I subbed the pawn shop pack, pulled the single crp file out and put it in "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets", and unsubbed the pack. And it worked.

It might be that subbing the standalone light, copying it over, and unsubbing would have worked too. Using the other folder seems to be the key.

And now to go ditch all of my unwanted construction pack assets and...

Sad that I have to get a 10mb pawnshop prop pack for a 3mb asset...

That's fine. I do, so I can do it for myself for future reference. I've used this before and often run into this problem when I erase all subscriptions and redo them.

@billhanckel that open sign is from Sheik's pawn shop props. not my open sign. find this folder username\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Report\LoadingScreenMod in that folder you'll find html pages with every last asset you have on the last load. it will give you a workshop link to every prop that's missing and if it doesn't have a link, it will tell you why. Again, don't look at it as a bug. The Pawn shop neon sign pack has 19 assets and is 9 MB (not a lot), but ask yourself is it worth adding 18 other additional assets for one "open" sign on one small building?

Wow, I'm trying to figure this out. Forgive me for being slow. Have enable all the required dependencies. Still get a MISSING "Open Neon Sign Blue-Green. So, I looked up and found your asset with that name and enabled it. Then went back and loaded "Los Geckos Mexican Restaurant..." Loading page still threw a Missing message. When I placed "Los Geckos," no neon sign. So, then used "Find it" and found and placed the "Open" sign. Yes, I can use the sign, but that doesn't fix the "MISSING" message. I'm guessing (don't know how to make assets) that "Los Geckos" and "Open" are supposed to be linked to create a usable Building asset without "MISSING" message. KingLeno, I honestly love your work, and I'm not trying to bug you with this "missing-dependencies" posts of mine to you. If you can explain what, if anything I'm doing wrong, I sure would appreciate it--and would be out of your hair! :)
