RoR + Queen Bess gain XP, no limit cap, recruitable at lord level 1.
THIS ONE COULD SEEM POINTLESS CONSIDERING THE RITE NEEDED.
(Depends probably)

INTERESTING FOR MODDERS
(In main_units_tables) Column: Campaign_cap = -1 does the trick to gain xp. Otherwise they're recruited with level 9.
Any other mod bringing changes to this table could make this one inactive. Known case: mods changing unit caps.

I'm guessing this will be available to the AI factions as well? it would be a day ♥♥♥♥♥♥ if the AI popped up with three armies with full stacks with a bunch of these at the ready
