This is an unique traitor weapon. You have a single shot, but it is instant kill and slows time for 10 seconds! You can spawn it in Sandbox too.

This addon requires Counter-Strike: Source mounted and installed

If the weapon should be dropped after a shot
To activate the motion blur effect
