People with Drycha issues have a conflicting mod that breaks the character models somehow. Most likely one of Jenosite's as I know that their vampire hero and bad legendary lords mods both cause this to happen.
As to actual issues, you have the mounts for the Light vampire unlocked by the wrong skills in the ancillaries_required_skills_tables. Thus the hellsteed is unlocked by the barded nightmare skill and vice versa.
