Hello! I would really to export this wallpaper to Wallpaper Engine on mobile devices, but it says the creator of the wallpaper has to first agree to the latest WE Workshop Agreement first.

Do u think it is viable to animate the water, record a shot, loop video as webm and use is as background instead of the static image?
