Once upon a time, you could build a building as big as you wanted and let it eat up as much of the lot as you wanted. Who cares if the surrounding buildings are trapped in darkness from your massive monolithic building. They should be quite proud because for the company on a bit of a budget, they managed to create a large indoor garden and mall that makes working at the office feel less like being trapped in a box and more like hanging out with co-workers at the local coffee shop down the road.

The building sits on a 4x4 lot, but has three height variations, for a total of 3 buildings in one.
