You just pitch up...if you lower the flaps at takeoff you can even takeoff at very low speed. What speed are you going at?

its like it doesnt get enough speed to leave the ground

so how are you suppose to make these fly, cause i give a good run way, and i also have everything controlled by buttons but as soon as it leaves the runway it just glides down, nomatter what postion the flaps are and or throttle speed

I have a fairly large plane on my own profile, but its fairly slow and might not be able to hold cargo. Give it some modifications-- Maybe two extra engines-- and it may work.
