Fancy Build Mode

描述
Fancy Build Mode is a script for servers allowing players to switch from build and pvp mode, enabling and disabling damage.
Builders will have access to noclip and weapons but won't do damage to other entities (players/NPCs/etc)
PvP will have noclip and godmode disabled, while PvP damage is on and they are a target for everyone.

This addon is based on a popular build mode addon: Buildmode Reloaded by Creed

oh cool install it on my server ^^ plus no anoying text gg! but is writed "This addon requires resources or else wont render correctly" that mean player need download it for see the texture?

Oh neato. Yeah, I looked at the code. I figured out how I can check if someone is in PVP Mode or not, and how to set it too. However, my lua script wants to set someone into PVP Mode when an event is active, however, it seems like you're using Player:Spawn() which somehow does not get triggered by the "PlayerSpawn" hook.

Is it possible to get the PVP / Build Mode text back on players? Also, would you mind adding custom hooks for developers to use? Eg: OnPlayerBuildMode or OnPlayerPVPMode
