50% Custom Empire Spawn

描述
Increases the spawn chance of your custom empires from 5% to 50%. This only applies to empires set to ON but not FORCED. Also affects the default pre-scripted empires like the Blorg.

Disables achievements.

No, sorry, you'll probably need a separate mod to outright remove prescripted empires to achieve what you want.

I have two Sol system nations, and when I try to play one, a lot of the time either the other custom one shows up, or one of the premade ones does. Is there a way to force only one Sol system?

Thank you for the answer.Force spawn doesn't 100% spawn,so I'll give it a shot.
