place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

also check out the steam collection it has lots of other things in there

this needs (2) upvotes for the next dupe to happen

dupe description:

use the PAC3 editor to set the group owner name to "self" then click "wear"

(this pac3 will only be visible in third person or by other players point of view)

the wings will move when the player wearing the PAC3 is not in contact with the ground
