No Out Of Storage Warnings

Extractor warnings are great. If an extractor is out of power, or stuck, or has depleted the vein, then you definitely want to head on down to fix that.

But if you're like me, having an extractor that's out of storage isn't really a problem. More often than not it's just because my stockpile has filled up, and that's a good thing.

This mod disables out-of-storage warnings for extractors, but leaves all other warnings in place.

Extractors that are out of storage will still report that when you examine them, but will not generate an alert that will otherwise interrupt you.

Safe to add and remove to existing games. For multiplayer, this mod needs to be installed on the server only.
