Kurt was a rooky cop in Brooklyn when the national guard set up safezones and quarentine zone Kurt was tasked with controlling the riots and streets being trained to use a firearm he hoped he'd never have to use, But when the military began excuding civillions in the streets Kurt couldn't follow through instead he attempted to save as many as he could unfortunatly he was caught in the act allowing the others to escape he was taken to a prison cell in the police department later a man named ted was found attempting to escape and tossed in the cell with him the two became good friends and when quarentine zone was overun the group set off in hopes of finding rescue
