Wrangler Particles without controll point 2

Simple change to the wrangler particles to be specificaly eather RED or BLU,
no need for all that controll point 2 stuff.

To clarify, you have to open the "wrangler_fixed.pcf" itself to get the fixed version.
Its located in your workshop folder under particles.
