Things that have been added or changed:
- Cleaned out the buildings next to spawn.
- Removed the prison and the garage under the nexus.
- Moved the spawn into the nexus.
- Removed all dynamic world props.
- Removed the night version skybox.
- Removed day/night switch.
- Replace some buildings with the ones from evocity_dc.
- Added DC new Logo's.
- Removed the hospital and replace it with the prison from evocity_dc.
- Replace old elevators with ladder and elevatorshaft from evocity_dc.
- Bigger park next to the nexus with doors going to it.
- 3 buildings from evocity_dc moved next other buildings with alley behind it.
- Added waterarea with tunnel from evocity_dc.
- Gas station is replaced with the 6 apartments building from evocity_dc.
- Replaced the suburban houses with the ones from evocity_dc and the 4 buildings next to it.
- Replaced most of the textures with textures from evocity_dc.
- Replaced most of the trees with pine and palm trees.
- Changed the BurgerKing with the cardealer garage from evocity_dc.
- Changed the fog settings and color.
- Changed the sun settings.
- Created Police Department in the prison.
