all skills boxes maxed out but still have skill point left. what can i do with it? is there a way to turn off notification?

it works, but I have the same bug, at level 2 no skill point

(4 point is maybe too much, 3 should be enough after you can not affect the remaining point)

For me the mod alone works fine, but with other mods (I haven't pinpointed which ones) when generals reach level 2, they don't get any skill points. After that they get 4 normally. Agents get the 4 skill points normally from the first time they level up.
