THE LAST UPDATE REDUCED THE CHASSIS WEIGHTS A LITTLE, TO MAKE THEM MORE SIMILAR TO THE ORIGINAL ONES (SOME OF THEM WERE TOO HEAVY WHICH INCREASED THE FUEL CONSUMPTION TOO MUCH).

This is a mod for automotive history freaks.

HistoFreak Mod works with all maps, but in English only.

For the moment it adds a lot of historically accurate sub-component types, most notably different brake systems (introduced by multiplying the suspension types with differentiated braking efficiency), fuel delivery systems (as fuel types), air-cooled engines (as separate layouts) and many others. In the future more enhancements are planned - new car types, racing series, etc.

The mod contains very rudimentary artwork (since my art skills are sub-zero). If someone is willing to help - it will be greatly appreciated by myself and the whole community.

I am very open to any constructive comments and suggestions. Some sub-components probably need more balancing, maybe more of them should be added or some parameters and time frames changed. Please feel free to comment and suggest. I will not be available to work on the mod in November 2018, but will have a look at your comments thereafter, as long as the game itself allows the requested changes.
