描述
Add a hand fan made of iron named Tessen. Make it familiar to the world.

Ninja will come to have it by chance.Meitou is possessed by moll .

Blueprints are sold occasionally everywhere, but they are often sold at the Thief Guild.

A small version was also added. Shade has Meitou.

Not to be too demanding, but is there a way to make this more stand-alone and limited to common NPCs only? I like the whole design of a war fan, but kind of find it disheartening to see that it's not official so there is no actual pride in getting the special versions from unique NPCs.
