For those interested

this is not likely to ever need to actually be updated. you can still use it even though stellaris says its outdated. If you want to get rid of that annoying little warning, go to \<your profile name>\documents\\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod, open ugc_1547603161.txt, and change the version number to whatever version is current, or change version number to "2.3.*" that way it will be "up to date" for all of 2.3. When 2.4 comes out you will have to update it again, but that's a while from now. I can't believe no one has published a steam guide for this. Guess I'll have to do that.

It says the game is eligible for achievements with this mod active.

Seriously, this is great, because when you defeat the crisis, the ambient sound remains, and ruins a playthrough. I turned off the end game crisis, not because it was hard, but because it was annoying.
