mercy re positioned and sized also figured out how to make "bouncing" a pseudo random direction instead of just up or down so this was reanimated with that. May or may not use this going forward

By "the time of the second layer" do you mean the speed?

same method as the circular motion, 2 shakes with an offset flowphase, but if you also offset the time of the second layer by .5 of a second it makes the motion random instead of circular the only other difference is cutting out the character texture so that the movement doesnt distort the background
