Beyond the 73 years, get William Carter not only a legendary Agent of XCOM but also a self-destruct expert into your Avenger. He is a hero who defeated the first extraterrestrial invasion of 1962, and at the same time is the 'The worlds best loser' who would have destroyed the entire human civilization because of his personal inferiority.

Considering his birth year is 1920, he may have been living for over a century now - but who cares? Now William Carter is more angry than anyone that Ethereal has conquered the world, and is ready to do whatever it takes to 'ignore' your order. (Including that: Do not blow off your commander's head that has been dive in avatars in operation leviathan).

This mod is the first voice mode I've ever made, and it consists of over 110 sounds from William Carter. There are some shortcomings that I may find because I am immature in this moding.

● All sound files were recorded directly at Bureau: xcom declassified and then converted.
