industrial looking basic BA

notes:
- not super big, but not super small base, feel like it has a good size
- 2 landing pads
- 12 growspots (2x6)
- only one constructor
- direct acess fuel and o2 tanks outside, they are below the solar panel roofing,but still outside (you can add shutter or blocks above, there is room); space to add larger tanks there
- woodblocks only used for some inside flooring=deco

PS: a bit similar style like my Minimalist base, if you like the style
