Before becoming the dancing big man from the Attitude Era, Rikishi was one half of The Samoan Swat Team, one half of The Headshrinkers, a positive difference maker named Fatu, and The Sultan before being rebranded as Rikishi Phatu.

Rikishi began teaming up with Brian Christoper and Scotty 2 Hotty as part of Too Cool, and the trio became got over quickly with crowds everywhere.

Rikishi turned heel, however, after being revealed as the one who ran over "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. Rikishi had claimed that he did it for The Rock, and he began feuding with Austin upon his return.

Rikishi eventually turned face again, reteaming with Scotty 2 Hotty and taking on his previous dancing persona.

Rikishi's sons, Jimmy and Jey Uso, became multiple-time tag team champions in WWE.
