O6OPMOT's Defender of the Empire (S&F)

This mod adds to the Empire following mechanics:
- Allarielle's mechanic (Defender of Ulthuan);
- Allarielle's mechanic (Power of Nature);
- High Elves public order mechanic.
You need to start new game in order to enable this mechanic.
All effects are similar to vanilla Defender of Ulthuan / Power of Nature effects.
The details are on the screenshot.

List of core Empire provinces used in this mod (similar to inner Ulthuan circle):
- Reikland
- Middenland
- Nordland
- Ostland
- Hochland
- Talabecland
- Stirland
- Averland
- Ostermark
- Wissenland
- Empire forts

List of Human provinces used in this mod (similar to outer Ulthuan circle):

- The Wasteland
- Western Sylvania
- Eastern Sylvania

When all the regions from provinces listed will belong to human factions, the player will receive following bonuses (max level of defender bonuses):
- income from buildings +10%
- diplomatic relations with human factions +10
- public order +5
- leadership +5
- growth +5

WARNING!!! This mod will significantly increase difficulty at the start of campaign!
