Single Pass-Thru Cloverleaf

An improved cloverleaf intersection, allowing the traffic on one highway batch to pass through the intersection undisturbed. Might(and probably will) look bad visually but will do good functionally.

Requires Network Extensions 2 mod to be installed/enabled.
Recommended to run Traffic Manager:President Edition for best experience.
Should not require any other mods, if ends up needing, will be fixed.

(Needed a re-upload due to me screwing up with the files and failing at fixing it. Should be fine by now.)
