Non-cross Diamond with Pass-thru

An improved desing of diamond interchange. Seperates opposite directions and prevents vehicles from crossing through. Also allows pass-thru on highway so vehicles passing through will keep their ride undisturbed. Suitable for areas with high traffic volumes.

Requires Network Extensions mod to be installed/enabled.
Recommended to run Traffic Manager:President Edition for best experience.
Should not require any other mods, if ends up needing, will be fixed.
