Neutroamine craftable

This mod just unlocks Neutroamine for crafting in the drug crafting table as other medicine (ingredients), too. You have to research Neutroamine synthesis first.
Cost: 10x herbal medicine, 10x psychoid leaves, 5x chemfuel for 5x Neutroamine

yeah, it's changing so often, can't remember how often I tried to fix it and move around. Hope it doesn't block any research. Till then I won't move it around again.

Hey author I wanna point out that the Neutroamine Research tab and the glitterworld medicine tab is overlapping with vanilla research tabs, and breaking their alignment aswell.
